This beer is all about the malts. Invented in Austria and Germany (Märzen) with some little (friendly) espionage on their UK colleagues to gain the newly kilning technique that gave Pale Ale it’s birth, these malts display some toffeeish and bready flavours with the Vienna being slightly more hoppier. Enjoy this almost forgotten classic style of beer.
