Refreshing sour wheat beer by partial fermentation with lactobacillus before boiling the wort. We added a bit of lactose, hibiscus flowers and an even smaller bit of Tonka into the mix. Together with a lovely balanced fruit and flower bouquet from the Chardonnay barrels this baby is a real treasure.

Our super-cereal tripel has seen many a barrel in its time. This time we laid it to rest upon one of the “grapest” barrels we could get our hands on; Grappa Nannoni. This grape based distillate will give our titillating tripel a terrifically tasteful twist!
